I trained for and ran the London Marathon in a pair of these and they are excellent. I have had other running shorts but they have all slipped a little over long distances and I have suffered from chafing, which is painful and takes longer to recover from than muscle strain. These shorts are excellent, they hold you very well and do not slip at all. They were as comfortable at the end of the marathon as they had been at the start, if only this had been true for the rest of me. Highly recommended product.
You don't need a degree in structural engineering to figure out why you need to have your downstairs mix-up supported and protected. As I play a variety of sports I need a multi-purpose garment. For football they are supportive but not restrictive. For cycling I find them hugely more comfortable than the average (padded) lycra undergarments even though there is no padding in them. For running they come into their element. Keeping everything in place and not flapping around like an stampeding elephant.The material has stayed in very good condition even after being used and washed twice a week. These things are built to last. If you are a serious sports enthusiast you need these in your life.
As a far from fit adult embarking on a keep fit regime I wanted to minimize the risk of injury.This product keeps everything nicely in place ,and eliminated the Rafa Nadal effect re shorts riding up where you dont want them to. Highly recommended.
"I used them for a 20 mile bike ride on a new road bike. I'm not a pro cyclist and don't have all the lycra cycling gear. These were really good. I also played tennis in them. They are just really comfortable"
