Concept

Luton Foodbank is a charity that provides emergency food supplies to people in crises and poverty. Local organisations and volunteers strive to ensure that no one goes hungry.

In conjunction with Megan Burke, we produced, film and edit together a series of recipes that only use ingredients that could be found in an average parcel that someone would receive.

Execution

Two weeks preproduction, two day shoot and then the edit. The production team was kept small so as to be effective in the tight space of the kitchen - everything went to the plan that we devised. Six recipes were filmed at once so we broke down the shoot into sections to make efficient use of the time. Photographs were taken to enhance the videos.

Results

The managers at Lutton Foodbank were happy with the results and have successfully used the videos to convey the desired message as well as using the videos as an effective marketing tool.
