Elephant and the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra
The Concept
In April 2022, Elephant Communications teamed up with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra to celebrate anniversaries at the Southbank Centre, London. TODDCS was tasked to capture an overview of the night and interview some of the key players.
The Execution
More than 100 guests - comprising of longstanding clients, suppliers, partners and elephants - gathered for the evening, followed by an RPO concert featuring the music of Beethoven and Vaughan Williams, led by the RPO's Music Director, Vasily Petrenko. Following a wonderful drinks reception and concert, each guest left the event with a specially curated collection of orchestral music from the RPO’s extensive recorded archive.
The Impact
A night ‘worthy of a fanfare.’ After two years of Zoom and teams calls, there was a real sense of excitement for people to meet in person after such a long time! The digital content was used in the launch of Elephant’s new website, archiving the night and was used as promotional material for the press and on social media feeds.
